1. Scope of Engagement
BandB Wavetech Engineering provides custom software development, web applications, mobile platforms, data digitization, business automation, and engineering consultancy under formal Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Deliverables & Acceptance
Project milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery timelines are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. Deliverables undergo rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) before production sign-off.
3. Intellectual Property Transfer
Upon settlement of agreed milestone invoices, full ownership of custom application source code, database structures, and brand assets transitions entirely to the client.
4. Warranty & SLA Support
All custom applications come with a complimentary 30-day post-launch warranty period covering any functional bugs or regressions identified in the original project scope.
